1. The loans are marketed by Tarjeta Naranja S.A.U., a non-financial credit card issuer, and are valid only for Argentina. Subject to credit policies and French amortization system, with fixed installments in pesos. Repayment term: minimum 3 months - maximum 36 months. Maximum amount: $750,000, minimum amount: $500.
2. Maximum annual nominal rate (ANR): 99%. Maximum effective annual rate (EAR): 158.9%. Maximum effective total financial cost (TFC): 213.24%. These rates are provided prior to obtaining the loan.
3. Example: French amortization system with VAT included. Annual nominal interest rate (ANR): 70%, Total Effective Annual Cost (TEAC): 126.70%. Loan amount: $10,000 to be repaid over a period of 12 months, with an average monthly installment value of $1,262.90 (the value of the first installment may vary depending on the granting date). The total amount to be paid including VAT is $14,912.80.
4. The due date for all loans is the 10th day of each calendar month and all have the option of total cancellation and withdrawal with respect to the granted loan.
